Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) was unable to attend GLMTF's Briefing, so his brother, Congressman Sander Levin (D-MI, fourth from left) accepted the award on his behalf. Joining Rep. Levin were (left-right) Congressman Vernon Ehlers (R-MI), Congressman James L. Oberstar (D-MN), James H.I. Weakley (President of GLMTF in 2006), Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), Congressman Dale E.
